A diagram of the workflow is a diagram showing how to divide the work in the office, as you move among the people or semesters, how you distribute tasks over time and how changes correspond to the work completed within estimated times. Learn how to create a diagram of the workflow to ensure an acceptable pace and a commendable achievement in your enterprise.
The flow diagram can be drawn from right to left, but in fact the most practical method is from the top to the bottom and then it can be easily converted into a deployed flow diagram. So at first, view the main stages of the process and draw the flowchart in the order in which they are held. Secondly, edit a list of the employees of your company or office: includes those who share the same function with a sub-list to the names of the heads of the various areas.
Next, make a list of employees or departments, and make another with the different tasks by specifying who are assigned to: to the left of each task, estimate the amount of time you deem appropriate to achieve it. One hour, two hours, thirty hours a week. At least once a week check your employees and, according to the time each takes to process its task, go to update the chart. If you have a large company, you will need the cooperation of other people to record all relevant data such as the amount of real time used to complete the assigned task or comments during the process. Processes a circular graph for each employee, which represents the work day weekly or daily, and divide the diagram into sections based on the time that the employee devotes to his work.
Edit another chart with the amount of time that you consider appropriate for each job and then compare them, so you can see if the workflow is adequate. Make a chart with all the tasks to accomplish in your company to the smallest, pointing beside each per diem or weekly hours dedicated to it according to the nature of the task and the place where it takes place.
Locate a slash on each task so to count the number of hours you would devote yourself: in this way, you will know precisely which are requiring more time. Continue with the achievement of the workflow throughout the process and check the flow charts of the time and work commitment of your employees, identifying the changes that happened on the time spent on each job and the amount of effort you applied to achieve it.
